Known for my intentionality for personal and career growth, I have supported leaders in many industries including non-profit, faith-based, technology, federal, and education. I am a passionate guide, leading others to breakthrough with commitment and care.

My career spans 25+ years in Human Resources leadership roles and as an Executive Coach for federal and public sector firms.
